ABOUT TICKET SALES  CATERING HALL  DRESS REHEARSALS

23rd Annual  Recital

We were able to rent The Snug Harbor Cultural Center Music Hall for this years recital !
WE ARE SO VERY EXCITED TO BE ABLE TO USE THIS HISTORIC THEATER.
Did you know it is the 2nd oldest theater in New York after
only Carnegie Hall !

There are going to be 2 Shows:

SATURDAY JUNE 16TH

SHOW 1 BEGINS AT 10:00 AM

SHOW 2 BEGINS AT 4:00 PM

We are working on the dance orders and we are working on
having the ticketing on line. It is our hope to have that resolved
very soon. We are not certain of the ticket prices yet as we are hoping we can
have tickets priced according to the seats you choose with the premium seats
costing more than the not so premium seats, ALTHOUGH ALL SEATS have
excellent viewing . We will announce the ticket information when it is resolved.

Soon you will be be sent a form and the information you would need
if you wish to purchase any space in the program books.

The shows will be longer than what
we are used to but our shows have always flowed quickly
and we hope to maintain the quick flow from one dance to the next.

Please keep in mind that it is one day out of the year and
it is your special dancers day !
it is our goal to present shows that you will enjoy to the fullest.

TICKET SALES
We will be using a ticket company so you can choose your seats from a seating chart on the internet.
There will be four tiers as it relates to pricing with the most desirable seats costing the most and so on.
ABSOLUTELY NO STANDING ROOM in the theater -Everyone will need a seat.
There are no strollers or carriages permitted.

CATERING HALL
We rented the catering hall right next to the theater to have an
air conditioned comfortable area for the performers and the back stage
Moms and Female guardians to stay while their students are not performing.
We also plan to have screens set up with real time viewing of the shows.

DRESS REHEARSALS
We also rented the catering hall for dress rehearsals so we would have an
area for the photographer to set up in order to take group pictures.
Individual pictures will also be taken for anyone who purchases a picture package.
Picture package information will be available soon as well as DVD ordering information.

The dress rehearsal schedule is being formulated and we will inform
everyone as soon as it is completed.
