Shows 1 & 2 Tickets Go On Sale April 29th @ 9 am at the studio
Show 3 & 4 Tickets Go On Sale May 6th @ 9 am at the studio

Initial Allotments Will Be 7 Tickets Maximum Per Family
if additional tickets are needed you may purchase them after everyone has
had a chance to purchase their allotments.
(please note: change from previous policy of allowing to take from other peoples allotments will not be continued this year)

Procedure
Tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis on designated days for your particular show. The sale of tickets for shows one and two will be held on April 29th, and shows 3 & 4 on May 6th. We will begin selling tickets at 9 am on each of those days. A Couple weeks before the ticket sales you will be given a line card that you must bring with you to the ticket sales. There will only be one line formed as there are 2 shows being sold simultaneously so the line card differentiates the shows you are on line for. Beginning at 9 am we will give out numbers with a time to come back to pick out tickets. People ask us why do I have to come back at a later time ? Well , the reason is so you don't have to wait for all the people who may have been in front of you on line to pick out their seats. If you prefer not to come back we can choose your seats for you in the order of the numbers that were given out at 9am. When we get to your number we would choose the next best seats according to where your child is on stage or any other preferences you may have. Our time schedule is usually very accurate so if you decide to come back for your tickets at the designated time you will not have to wait long at all.

If you prefer not attending ticket sales
We recommend pre ordering tickets by leaving a ticket envelope with your payment
and any seating preferences you may have ( aisle, side section ok etc.)
After everyone who waited on line has picked their seats
then we would pick the next best seats that remain.
It is a small auditorium and you can virtually see well from any seat.

You can purchase initial allotment until everyone has had a chance to purchase tickets. If you need more tickets than the allotment, let us know so we can place you on a list for extras. When everyone has had an opportunity to obtain their allotment you will be notified of available tickets. If anyone has an outstanding balance at the time of ticket sales, you may purchase your tickets but we will hold them until all outstanding balances have been paid.
